Jonathan Christian of Wilderness Quest New Zealand has donated this great Big Four combination hunt, which will include tahr, chamois, Arapawa ram, feral goat and 5 days daily rate.
Everything is covered including trophy fees for the four animals, caping and trophy prep, trophy storage and shipping to a New Zealand taxidermist, meals, drinks, rifle, ammo, and even the helicopter charge.
This hunt should be taken any time between now and mid-August 2010. Although there may be a possibility of postponing the hunt till 2011, the outfitter strongly prefers that the hunt be taken in 2010.

The hunt is 1 x 1 and is designated for five days. Jonathan will allow the high bidder to upgrade for extra days and any of the other trophies he outfits for in his South Island operation. The arrival/departure point for this hunt is the Christchurch airport. Everything is covered including daily rate, trophy fees for the four
animals, caping and trophy prep, trophy storage and shipping to a New Zealand taxidermist, meals, drinks, rifle, ammo, and even the helicopter charge. So you see, this hunt is all-inclusive. The mountain portion of this hunt is by helicopter drop-off, but will be conducted on foot from the drop-off point (fair chase).

Hunter MUST be available to hunt during the specified dates which is any time before mid August 2010.
All reasonable bidders will be contacted Wednesday, April 7, 2010 announcing the current high bid amount. Each bidder will then be given the opportunity to submit an additional bid. A second and final email will be sent approximately one hour before auction close again announcing the current high bid. All bidders may then submit their final bid before auction close.
Bidding will close at 12:00 noon Friday, April 9, 2010. (Central Time) High bidder will be posted on GSCO web site following Auction close.
Hunter is responsible for round trip airfare and trophy exportation costs.
